i) for Lenders - can be used to qualify loan applicants and advise on maximum borrow amount.

ii) for Brokers - can assess applicants prior to submitting an application and advise on maximum borrow amount. Saves time and effort by reducing the probability of rejected applications.

The program automates the download process such that the download can be achieved with a single button press.
